Following the recent bad weather, we have made the very difficult decision to cancel this years Ploughing Match.
The consensus was that the current ground conditions and forecast would make it difficult to run the event safely and to the standard that we would like. We realise that this will be a huge disappointment to you all.
The 36th Annual Crafts & Produce Show
and 181st Ploughing & Hedging Match
Land at Havyatt, off A38 and Ashey Lane, Langford BS40 5DE

Commencing 10.00 am
Entry: £2.50 per adult (kids go free)
This 2024 Match and Show is kindly hosted by the Alvis family

Please bring cash as there are limited card payment facilities available on site!
Gates open at 10am. Entry fee for adults, children go free.
The event takes place on agricultural fields so bring sensible footwear for the conditions.
Dogs are welcome but on short-lenth or fixed length leads please.

Become a Volunteer
- Stewarding classes
- Marking out in the run up to the Show
- Assisting with the Ploughman’s lunch or BBQ
- Assisting in the competition marquee in advance of the Show
- Setting up and stacking chairs and tables at the end of the Show
We ask that volunteers commit to a minimum of half of the Show day, in return you will receive a voucher for the Ploughman’s lunch.
